Sharad Singh Solanki is an accomplished Founder with over 25 years of experience in co-founding, managing, and leading development teams across various industries. He has a proven track record of developing software products, UX, and industrial products that have received awards and recognition. Sharad was instrumental in the growth and development of teams at Imaginea and spearheaded the visual and usable design for internationally acclaimed software products. He also established the concept of ergonomics in the Indian furniture industry, which has become part of ISO. His designed products are used by people with special needs, living and occupational hazards. Sharad's academic interests include teaching design courses at the National Institute of Design and conducting design thinking workshops for the Technology Entrepreneurship Program at ISB Hyderabad. He has also conducted multiple UX design workshops for the Indian software industry in collaboration with NID. Currently, Sharad is the Senior Director of Software Engineering at FICO. He previously served as the Vice President of Software Engineering at WaveMaker, where he co-founded and managed the development of SaaS-based RAD Studio. The company was later acquired by VMware. Sharad holds a degree in AEP from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, and a BE degree from NIT Surat. He completed his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
